Boarding

Timber Edge Farm is a small boarding facility that can give your horse the individual attention and quality care at an affordable price. We provide quality hay and grain twice daily. We feel that ample turnout and exercise is a vital part of a horse’s well-being. All day, everyday turnout is our goal, however, weather can alter the daily schedule. Horses are kept in due to inclement weather (rain below 40 degrees or wind-chill below 0 degrees) or at the owner’s request. We are proud of our large pastures with ample grazing. All pastures have automatic waterers and all stalls have fresh water every evening. Please visit our contact page to schedule and appointment to visit our boarding facility..

Fees

Monthly Board $400.00

Mare Care (per day) $ 15.00

Deposit $400.00

Large Horse Up Charge $ 50.00

Late Charge/Horse (unpaid 1st of month) $ 25.00

Monthly Finance Charge 1.5%

Horse Handling Fee (Farrier, Vet, etc.) $ 10.00

If you wish me to handle your horse for farrier or vet,

please allow me to schedule it for my convenience.

Stalled during summer $ 75.00

If you desire your horse to be stalled on a regular basis—

May, June, July, August, or September. (Horses are normally stalled for severe weather if necessary. Some horses may be stalled at my discretion for the benefit of part or all of the entire herd at no charge to the owner.)

***If anyone besides you rides your horse on this property, they must have a signed waiver in the drawer for the current calendar year and you MUST be present.
